If you are unsure whether staging is right for you, or if you’d like to try staging on your own with some direction from a professional, you may want a basic consultation.

Lauri can advise on strategy and planning, recommend paint color, room arrangements and accessories, artwork and more. She can also help you find sources for repair work, landscaping and other important aspects of prepping your home for optimum results.

There is a two-hour minimum consulting fee of $300, with further consulting billed at $150 per hour.

COMPLETE STAGING
For homes that are either completely unfurnished, or those to be redesigned in total, staging includes furniture, area rugs, lamps, artwork and accessories for the following rooms:
• Entry
• Living Room or Great Room
• Dining Room
• Kitchen
• Master Bedroom
• All Bathrooms

Staging for vacant properties can be completed 2-5 days from the date of signed contract. Scheduling dependant on our delivery service. Fees are based on number of rooms to be designed.

Complete Staging for occupied or furnished homes includes consultation and interior design. Fees for staging a furnished home are quoted on an individual basis. This includes, but is not limited to, recommendations on painting, lighting and accessory changes. Exterior enhancements can be recommended upon request.

Our general payment procedure is a 50% deposit due upon signing, with the balance due upon completion of staging. Orders cancelled before the installation begins incur a minimum consulting design fee.

The minimum rental period for accessories and furniture is one to three months. Exceptions can be made for special circumstances.
